Go-ahead for Masters in internationalisation of businesses

Bologna, 07 February 2007 - The globalisation of markets, the demand to constantly move within a multicultural environment, combined with the need to find new commercial outlets for Emilia-Romagna products has led the Emilia-Romagna Region and the Institute for Foreign Trade to promote the organisation, in collaboration with the University of Bologna and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, of two Masters degree courses in Foreign Trade and Internationalisation of businesses, with the aim of training and creating places of employment for new young graduates within regional companies.

On 2 February 2007 the courses for the Corce Masters in Foreign Trade, set up by the Emilia-Romagna Region and ICE in collaboration with the University of Bologna and the Masters in Internationalisation of businesses were presented, organised by the Emilia-Romagna Region and ICE, in collaboration with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and the bank Banca Popolare dell´Emilia-Romagna.

The meetings, aimed mainly at regional businesses and post-graduate students, will be held at the premises of the Alma Graduate School in Bologna and the Forum Guido Monzani in Modena. As well as the participation of representatives from major institutions and the academic world, contributions will also include those of export managers from companies boasting long-standing experience in the field of internationalisation. Both events will be opened by the regional councillor of production activities Duccio Campagnoli.
