The Interreg EU Project MAGNET study visit in Utrecht - held on February 18-19 - highlighted very interesting good practices related to the attraction and retention of talent and investment, such as:
- The Invest in Holland ecosystem with a focus on the collaboration/integration with ROM Utrecht Region for investments and the Utrecht International Center for talents.
- The Utrecht Science Park, with a fruitful integration with the University, innovation accelerators and engagement of international students.
The first project Thematic Peer Review on organisational models of the hubs for the attraction and retention of talent and investment has been successful carried out. During the session, MAGNET project partners highlighted various approaches to front-back office organisation, featuring governance models that involve a wide range of stakeholders across several territorial levels, from the municipal to the international level.
ART-ER coordinates the exchange of experiences within the project and participates with the involvement of Invest in Emilia-Romagna and it-ER International Talents Emilia-Romagna, in close collaboration with the Municipality of Reggio Emilia (Lead Partner) and with the engagement of the Emilia-Romagna Region and local stakeholders.
