On April 8th and 9th, Emilia-Romagna region has been present at Selecting Italy 2024 in Trieste with its desk to meet investors, stakeholders and institutions. The event was focused on attraction of foreign investments and regional value chains.
The region ranks 21st in the overall report including 121 states, provinces and sub-national regions of Austria, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Sweden and the USA
The sector is confirmed as a regional priority, supported by various initiatives such as specific incentives to support the companies in the sector, the recent missions in USA and Japan, the agreement with Axiom.
The Regional Innovation Scoreboard 2023 elaborated by the European Commission confirms Emilia-Romagna as “strong innovator” with the highest ranking in Italy.
The region presented investment opportunities in green hydrogen with a delegation including the regional government, ART-ER/Invest in Emilia-Romagna, Clust-ER Greentech and several companies.
New updated version of the regional fact-sheet including focus on packaging, automotive and aerospace, analysis of size and value of sectors, foreign trade, maps, FDIs, innovation, trade exhibitions and much more.
The region focuses on green hydrogen and will be in Frankfurt am Main on 6 July to present its projects and start new partnerships
The 18th edition is dedicated to skills and talents. Attractiveness of talents and investments will be one of the topics of the event
